I was beginning to wonder when you were going to post this. It's wonderful, needless to say.

Ha, very good attempt at shading but here is my usual critique.

The shading on the hair, ribbon and sleeves are very detailed although the shading on the face and hands are rather flat and simple and gives a strong contrast to the clothes.

You could try to soften the shading on her face and follow the contours of her hair while shading it a little.

Remember to keep in mind the direction of the light source as well. ( Yours seems to be from the top right corner, so probably the shadows you get should most likely be facing the left bottom. )
