The shading on the hair, ribbon and sleeves are very detailed although the shading on the face and hands are rather flat and simple and gives a strong contrast to the clothes.
You could try to soften the shading on her face and follow the contours of her hair while shading it a little.
Remember to keep in mind the direction of the light source as well. ( Yours seems to be from the top right corner, so probably the shadows you get should most likely be facing the left bottom. )
